I'm Alicia-Joy. I'm a Joyful Systems Strategist with over 10 years of experience in copywriting, marketing + systems building.

I created the marketing rest system after years of battling between showing up consistently and taking breaks for my well-being. Every time I took a break, my income plummeted. And I noticed the same thing happening all around me with brilliant women entrepreneurs who were struggling to be consistent online.

I realized over time the struggle wasn't their fault. Mainstream marketing tactics and strategies are designed for either large teams of people or robots. If you're reading this, I'm guessing you don't have a large team and you're not a robot (hopefully).

My Joyful Systems framework centers around aligning your business with your well-being. The Marketing Rest System does just that. In marketing, this looks like balancing a combination of short-term marketing seeds and long-term marketing seeds. 

→ Your short-term seeds bring you more immediate results.

→ Your long-term seeds take time to bear. You harvest the fruits during your marketing rest periods. These are your marketing efforts that allow you to stay selling and booked during your cycle of 'non-active marketing.'
